Lawyers
The offshore jurisdictions provide the opportunity for interesting and challenging work for both experienced and new lawyers. With offices in Bahrain, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, London, Mauritius, the Seychelles and Zurich, we advise global, multi-national and local clients regarding corporate and commercial matters, commercial litigation, corporate and private trusts and property transactions involving Bermuda, BVI, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Mauritius law.
Experienced Lawyers
Experienced lawyers will find new ways to expand their expertise and experience by developing knowledge of offshore transactions and vehicles as well as dispute resolution. From relatively small islands in the ocean, you will be involved in highly sophisticated international transactions and disputes.
Lawyers who possess an appropriate qualification and, where indicated, either have the required post qualification experience to obtain a work permit or hold local citizenship, are invited to apply for any relevant vacancies by selecting ‘Positions Available’. In particular, in Cayman the minimum is 3 years pqe and in Bermuda it’s 5 years pqe. If there are no obvious vacancies, we would encourage you to submit a speculative application with the jurisdictions of your preferred choice through the application process. You can leave the stress of the city but continue to pursue a challenging career in our island settings that offer lifestyle advantages.
