About the Role

The Part-Time Office Administrator would support each of the principals of Agility (Bermuda) Ltd. (operating as EasyPark Bermuda, "EasyPark") and ASK Bermuda ("ASK") with day-to-day administration of their operations. These organisations share a small office space.

This role would require an average of 3 hours each weekday, subject to a maximum of 15 hours per week, initially split 10:5 between EasyPark and ASK. We are looking for a mature, highly flexible individual with exceptional client service abilities, technology skills and a keen commercial awareness. This is an in-office role and is generally not available on a remote basis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Very broadly, the Part-Time Office Administrator's role would include:

* business application administration, plus updating websites/portals;
* managing the day-to-day activities of the office, including engaging with customers/clients and dealing with vendors/suppliers;
* developing and managing social media, including posting and monitoring, plus initiating or replying to client communications, updating CRM and other marketing activities;
* preparing online banking and other transactions for approval and execution;
* performing data entry, record-keeping tasks and electronic filing;
* assisting with billing, collections and general accounting duties;
* appointment scheduling and calendar management for the two principals;
* telephone answering, message taking, and receiving visitors and guests; and,
* performing other organisational and administrative duties, including making occasional deliveries and collections.

Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities

The Part-Time Office Administrator must be able to demonstrate that they:

* have flexible approach and can adapt quickly to changing situations;
* are a self-starter with strong organisational skills;
* are proficient in MS Office applications and have the aptitude to learn new technology/software/platforms;
* can manage time efficiently and multi-task;
* have well-developed written and verbal communication abilities;
* maintain a customer-focused approach with a positive attitude; and,
* always convey a professional demeanour and a willingness to help.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

The Part-Time Office Administrator must have:

* an associate’s degree; and,
* a minimum of 10 years' experience as an office administrator / personal assistant / administrative assistant.

Also:
* recent certifications of proficiency in MS Office would be an asset; and,
* experience in a client-focused and/or professional services environment is preferred.

Terms & Conditions

This role will be engaged on a part-time basis via contract with Agility (Bermuda) Ltd. The terms and conditions of this contract will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The candidate will be compensated entirely by Agility (Bermuda) Ltd., which in turn will be recompensed by ASK Bermuda for the costs associated with the time that the contracted person performs on behalf of ASK Bermuda.
