Quana Bean

Staff Accountant

Quana brings a strong operational and client service background to her role as Staff Accountant at ASK Bermuda, with diverse experience across the financial services, military, retail, and hospitality sectors. Known for her diligence, reliability, and attention to detail, Quana supports our clients with day-to-day financial administration, reconciliations, and reporting, helping to ensure clarity, compliance, and accuracy in their accounting operations.


Prior to joining ASK Bermuda, Quana worked as a Customer Service Associate at Butterfield Bank, where she gained frontline experience in customer transactions, AML/KYC protocols, and cash handling. Her earlier roles include Office Assistant at The Bristol Cellar Ltd., where she managed accounts payable, shipping documentation, and month-end reporting; and Administrative Assistant at a local restaurant, supporting vendor management, scheduling, and procurement.


Quana is also a long-serving Clerk with the Royal Bermuda Regiment, where she assists in administrative operations, personnel recordkeeping, and payroll coordination. Her organisational strengths and adaptability were further demonstrated during Bermuda’s COVID-19 lockdowns, when she supported the Regiment’s Ops Room.


She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Administration at Bermuda College, with a concentration in Accounting.


Outside of work, Quana contributes to her community through continued service in the Regiment and previously volunteered with the Bermuda Hospitals Board. She also serves as Manager of the Royal Bermuda Regiment Sports Club.
