Stephen Caton, CPA, CA, ED is a trusted consultant, Independent Non-Executive Director and accomplished senior executive with over 30 years' financial services industry experience. Stephen is highly regarded as a dynamic Chartered Professional Accountant with wide-ranging corporate, public sector and non-profit policy and board expertise.

Stephen is a skilled professional and business strategist with established leadership, executive management, and operations proficiency gained in a global environment through senior positions in public accounting (KPMG) and financial services (Citi). He assists decision makers and Boards of Directors on various matters including best practices in Strategy, Operations, Corporate Governance, Regulatory and other key business matters. 

In addition to his Independent Non-Executive Directorship appointments, Stephen serves as Chief Adviser to ASK Bermuda Limited, a consultancy firm he established in 2022, which delivers expert business analysis, advisory services and dedicated operational support to a range of clients.

Stephen graduated from The University of Western Ontario, Canada and is a Member, and former Council and Executive Committee Member, of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda. He is well-known and respected for his passionate and active engagement in, and support of, the Bermuda community.
